About

Munich Innovation Forum is the first in the region academic researcher-led organization, which pushes the boundary of innovation – from identification of breakthrough idea to product development and commercialization.

Our aim is to provide a local and global platform, where entrepreneurial and innovative minds across academia, industry, biotech & government work together to solve real problems in life sciences and technology sectors.

Our local environment is composed of two elite universities (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität and Technische Universität München), Helmholtz Research Center for Environmental Health, Max Planck Institutes (Biochemistry, Neurobiology and Psychiatry), two university clinics, 60 hospitals, start-up centers and already more than 300 life science companies.
